Covid-19 and Social Distancing

Hands on work is back in business!

I am back teaching and supporting people through their Alexander process in person with some precautions; including mask wearing and recent lateral flow test. Sessions are also available online, if you would like a private lesson, or just to get in touch, please send me a message from the contact page.

Thank you for your interest in CAMAlexander.

Top tip – take some time every day to lie on your back. Something firm like a book or two underneath your head – aim for the back of neck to run parallel to the floor. Legs bent, knees and feet roughly hip width apart with feet flat.

Stay in this shape for maybe 10 minutes and breathe as normal. The challenge is not to do anything in particular, but see what you see, hear what you hear and feel what you feel.
