Covid-19 and Social Distancing

Amidst the global Covid-19 pandemic and with social distancing measures in place, all hands on Alexander work is unfortunately taking a break from business.

I am now teaching and supporting people through their Alexander process online, please stay tuned to this blog for suggestions – if you would like a private lesson, or just to get in touch, please send me a message from the contact page.

Thank you for your interest in CAMAlexander.
